Bob Yeoman - President & CEO
Bob's background blends an engineering background together with a career in safety, quality, and regulatory affairs. During his 25-year career in the gases industry, he has been intimately involved in industry activities, having served as chairperson of the CGA Safety & Environmental Activities (SEA) Council, and co-chairperson of the NWSA/GAWDA safety committee. His opinion and insights into industry compliance are regular features in publications read throughout the industrial and medical gas industry, and at industry sponsored conferences and meetings. FDA recognizes Bob as the voice of the independent gases and welding distributor on medical gas compliance issues, and he represents GAWDA at the CGA Medical Gas Regulatory and Policy task force (MGRP). Prior to co-founding B&R Compliance Associates Bob was vice president of regulatory affairs for a major industrial and medical gas producer.

Ron Ball - Vice President & Managing Director
Ron Ball has over 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including an extensive career in Medical Gas Operations working closely with Gases and Welding distributors to identify and implement FDA Compliance solutions. His background includes quality systems development for operating procedures, training, analytical methods, validation, and auditing. The gases industry and FDA recognize Ron as one of the leading experts on compliance issues today. A number of Ron's training programs have received national recognition for excellence, and he has been a featured speaker on regulatory issues at numerous industry-sponsored events. Prior to co-founding B&R Compliance Associates Ron was director of Compliance for a major industrial and medical gas manufacturer.

Rob Sutter - Vice President & Chief Technical Officer
Bob's 27 years of experience base in the gases industry encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including, engineering management, cryogenic and gas application engineering and sales, FDA & Quality systems and procedures development, Quality Systems auditing, equipment qualification and process validation, and training systems development and implementation. Bob is an NITC certified medical gas inspector. He serves as the gases industry representative and voting member of the NFPA 99 committee. He is also a key industry liaison to the MGPHO & ASHE organizations and a voting member of the ASSE 6000 Standard Committee.

Ethel Ball - Senior Associate - Health, Safety & Employee Wellness
Ethel brings over 30 years combined experience in employee health, safety and wellness program development and implementation to B&R. She has successfully managed the day to day activities for OSHA compliance, occupational health, and safety program training in a large manufacturing facility, and a warehousing & distribution environment. She has over 15 years of hands on experience managing workers compensation programs, including accident & incident investigations, and claims processing and management. She has also successfully coordinated outside legal counsel and insurance providers on employee claims management and course of treatment, to manage claims costs. Ethel is an experienced nurse, having worked in the healthcare industry in both a large hospital and private practice setting.

Tom Eynon - Senior Associate - Safety and OSHA / EPA Compliance
Tom's career started in operations as a production supervisor where he learned first hand the multiple responsibilities faced by the line organization, and how to motivate people to get things done. Later Tom moved into safety and compliance, first in aluminum manufacturing and later the gases industry, where he spent 30 + years developing and implementing a number of award winning safety programs. Tom's blend of experience, and first hand insight into employee attitude barriers to compliance is rare among safety people. During his gases career, Tom has worked closely with CGA and GAWDA to champion effective, common sense solutions for safety and compliance that work in the real world.
