HCI Technician Training & Certification Program

Course Overview
The installation technician training and brazing certification programs consist of a 32-hour training session conducted by the B&R Compliance staff.

Program Elements
Technician Training and Certification to ensure your technicians are
fully prepared to install and maintain HCI systems to NFPA and FDA requirements, we offer an HCI installer training and brazing certification program. We provide a full 32 hours of training with your technicians, including hands-on system training using Acme Cryogenics’ working, validated system in Allentown, PA.

Brazing Certification
To be fully qualified to install HCI systems, HCI Installers must have a brazing certification issued by a recognized agency. We have partnered with the Welder Training & Testing Institute (WTTI), Allentown, PA, to provide our brazing training and certification. Brazing certification adds an additional day of training to the comprehensive training program.
Program and Technical AssistanceB&R provides a regulatory support service to answer your questions on the SOP manual, FDA regulations, NFPA 99 requirements, and to assist you with customer complaints and issues. We also provide a technical and design consultation service to assist with system design and placement issues.

Customer Assistance
B&R Compliance also provides our HCI Program members with a question and answer service to assist your Health Care customers on compliance issues.

Registration FEE: $1,850.00 PER PERSON

Brazing Certification
To be fully qualified to install HCI systems, HCI Installers must have a brazing certification issued by a recognized agency.
